Starting a Tri-Alpha First-Generation Honor Society chapter is about more than adding another organization to campus — it’s about recognizing the hard work, resilience, and excellence of first-generation students in a meaningful way.
Tri-Alpha (ΑΑΑ) was created to honor the academic achievements of first-generation college students and to build a community where they feel seen, supported, and celebrated. By establishing a chapter at your institution, you are making a clear statement: first-generation success matters here.
